YOUR TASKS:

– Customer service and quotation preparation

– International order processing incl. order acceptance and recording

– Organization of worldwide shipping incl.
  Preparation of transport documents

– Complaint recording and processing

– Trade fair organization

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

– Completed training as an industrial clerk
or comparable training
– Good communication skills and confident telephone manner

– Customer-oriented way of working

– Good written and spoken English skills

– Good communication and teamwork skills

– Experienced with MS Office
