Your tasks:
Obtaining offers independently
Negotiation of prices and delivery terms
Deadline tracking from goods order to goods receipt
Complaint processing
Close cooperation with our specialist departments in-house and at the locations
General administrative activities and order processing
Monitoring, maintenance and evaluation of our ERP system Sage 100
Your qualifications:
Completed training as an industrial clerk or comparable training
Several years of professional experience in purchasing
Confident handling of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
Good communication skills, negotiating skills and assertiveness
Good written and spoken English skills
