Our range of programs includes both basic and additional programs that are tailored to different requirements. Whether you need a thorough clean or gentle care – we have the right cleaning and care product for every program.

The basic programs offer effective cleaning, while the additional programs provide for special requirements and an extra portion of care. With different fragrances, we also ensure a pleasant experience during the vehicle wash.

Cleaning with
ActivePower Pearl MicroPowder

The main component of vehicle cleaning is high-pressure cleaning with ActivePower Pearl MicroPowder. It removes the dirt film through direct mechanical contact of specially developed fine MicroPowder beads, which are applied to the surface to be cleaned using a high-pressure gun with a special ceramic nozzle. The product is extremely gentle on materials, leaves no residue and also has an anti-corrosion component.

Rinse with clear water

The rinse cycle rinses off the detergent residues from the ActivePower Pearl MicroPowder and the dissolved dirt with cold water. Optionally, the rinse programme can be run with decalcified or demineralized osmosis water.

Paint protection with UltraProtection

The high-level foam wax UltraProtection achieves the best preservation and care effect on paint, rubber and plastic surfaces. The paint protection is sprayed onto the vehicle surface using hot, decalcified water with the wash jet. The vehicle surface is optimally protected and the water rolls off the sealed paint surface. The synthetic structure of UltraProtection prevents the windscreen wipers from smearing in the rain.

Stain-free high gloss
with SuperFinish

As a final care programme, we recommend rinsing with decalcified, demineralized osmosis water mixed with SuperFinish. This wash removes all remaining mineral deposits by chemical means. A perfectly shiny vehicle is the result of this care process after drying. It is therefore not necessary to strip the vehicle.

Cleaning with WheelCleaner

In the first step, the EHRLE WheelCleaner is applied to the rim with an even spray mist using a pre-spray device. The WheelCleaner creates a neon-yellow-green foam on the rim, where it develops its intensive cleaning power. This should act for 1-2 minutes until the foam has broken down, which signals the end of the dirt removal. After the reaction time, the product is cleaned with the detached rim dirt using the Clean wash program. The wash customer can combine this process directly with washing the vehicle. WheelCleaner is acid-free and biodegradable. Consumption is minimal and is approx. 20ml/per rim.

Pre-cleaning with
SoftFoam lance and SoftFoam

To achieve a perfect cleaning result, we recommend pre-cleaning with SoftFoam, which ensures a powerful removal of dirt, traffic film and insect residues. During this washing process, the SoftFoam is transported to the washing area via a separate pipe system. The SoftFoam concentrate is always added precisely between 1 and 2.5% via a dosing pump. In addition, the amount of water is reduced by 70% to ensure economical consumption compared to other commercially available foam systems. The solid foam is applied to the surface to be cleaned using the SoftFoam lance.

Pre-cleaning with
SoftFoam brush and SoftFoam

To achieve a perfect cleaning result, we recommend pre-cleaning with SoftFoam, which ensures a powerful removal of dirt, traffic film and insect residues. The surface washing brush is made of natural hair and is very gentle when cleaning the vehicle surface. The rubber edging protects against damage to the cleaning object. During this washing process, the SoftFoam is transported to the washing area via a separate pipe system. The SoftFoam concentrate is always added precisely between 1 and 2.5% via a dosing pump. In addition, the amount of water is reduced by 70% to ensure economical consumption compared to other commercially available foam systems. The solid foam is applied to the surface to be cleaned using the SoftFoam brush.

Pre-cleaning with
ActivePower Pearl MicoPowder

Pre-cleaning with ActivePower Pearl MicroPowder using the low-pressure method offers an intensive pre-wash at an economical price-performance ratio. The amount of water is reduced by half and the MicroPowder is applied in a fine spray jet of 25 bar at a higher concentration. The same high-pressure washing lance is used as for cleaning with ActivePower Pearl MicroPowder under high pressure.

Cleaning with foam brush and ActivePower Pearl MicroPowder

The foam brush can optionally be used in combination with the ActivePower Pearl MicroPowder in system variants 6, 7 and 9. This leaves nothing to be desired for the wash customer and ensures additional turnover at the wash stations. When using the Foam Brush, a slightly liquid cleaning foam is produced by using high pressure and ActivePower Pearl MicroPowder and transported to the wash bays via a separate pipe system. This system is an autonomous and cost-effective alternative to system variant 5. The separate pipe system prevents freezing at sub-zero temperatures and simultaneous washing operation at the other lances.

Cleaning with foam brush and ActivePower Pearl MicroPowder

The foam brush can optionally be used in conjunction with the ActivePower Pearl MicroPowder in the 3SE and 8SE system variants. This leaves nothing to be desired for the wash customer and ensures additional turnover at the wash stations. When using the Foam Brush, a slightly liquid cleaning foam is generated by using high pressure and ActivePower Pearl MicroPowder and transported to the wash bay via the existing high-pressure line. This system is an autonomous and cost-effective alternative to system variant 5. System variants 3SE and 8SE are suitable for outside temperatures down to a maximum of -3°C, especially for southern Europe and frosty regions.
