YOUR TASKS:

– Independently obtain quotations
– Negotiate prices and delivery terms
– Track deadlines from ordering to receipt of goods
– Process complaints
– Work closely with our specialist departments in-house and at the locations
– General administrative activities and order processing
– Monitor, maintain and evaluate our ERP system Sage 100

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

– Completed training as an industrial clerk or comparable training
– Several years of professional experience in purchasing
– Confident handling of MS Office, as well as experience with ERP systems
– Good communication skills, negotiating skills and assertiveness
– Good written and spoken English skills
