SmartWash | SmartWash PLUS

The SmartWash and SmartWash PLUS appliance series offers versatile system variants for perfect cleaning results. The standard version is equipped with water softening, while the SmartWash PLUS variant provides a reverse osmosis system for stain-free drying. Both models use an insulated 12kW electric boiler for effective water heating and are equipped with four standard wash programs. Additional programs and extensions such as washing gallows with LED lighting and ceiling or double ceiling gyroscopes can be selected as options. These options improve the wash area lighting and ensure efficient and tidy washing operations.

JetWash | JetWash PLUS

The JetWash and JetWash PLUS systems offer comprehensive cleaning options for self-service car wash stations. Equipped as standard with four standard cleaning programs and optional additional programs, the JetWash models are available up to system variant 3SE and the JetWash PLUS up to system variant 10. Both series can be combined with EHRLE payment systems and CentralPay technology. The systems consist of a robust stainless steel frame and can be heated with oil, gas, district heating or electricity. The JetWash PLUS version includes a reverse osmosis system for stain-free drying and is monitored by a modern SIEMENS computer control system with a 7-inch TFT touchscreen.

CarWash PLUS

The CarWash PLUS systems offer comprehensive cleaning functions with four standard programs and a selection of up to system variant 10. They are compatible with EHRLE payment systems and CentralPay technology. The robust stainless steel construction and powder-coated cladding ensure a long service life. The system can be heated either with oil, gas, district heating or electricity. The CarWash PLUS is equipped with a Duo water softener and a reverse osmosis system with an 800 l tank to prevent water stains and ensure consistently high washing results. A SIEMENS computer with 7-inch TFT touchscreen provides comprehensive control and financial information.

CompactLine

The CompactLine modular system offers flexible solutions for self-service washing systems. The basic module contains a double water softener, an R/O osmosis unit with 1000 l tank, a MicroPowder dosing station and an electrical control terminal. The 7-inch TFT touchscreen enables comprehensive control and financial monitoring. Extension modules allow the installation of up to four additional washing stations, so that systems with a total of up to four washing stations can be realized. The CompactLine is compatible with all EHRLE hot water heating systems and can be operated with oil, gas, electricity or district heating. The series offers four standard washing programs and is available up to system variant 10.

ModulLine

The ModulLine offers a modular, economical solution for self-service washing systems. Each module is mounted on a stainless steel frame and is supplied centrally via separate media lines such as fresh water and osmosis water. The technology modules are independently controlled via a SIEMENS PLC, and a 7-inch or optional 12-inch TFT touchscreen provides comprehensive control and financial information. The systems are equipped with a MicroPowder dosing station and four standard wash programs, available up to system variant 10. ModulLine can be combined with all EHRLE hot water heating systems and payment systems as well as CentralPay technology. Ideal for self-service laundries with up to 12 washing stations.

The EHRLE CarWash technology container with HeatStorage offers efficient heating and hot water solutions for self-service car washes. The EHRLE HeatStorage heat pump system installed on the roof supplies hot water at up to 85°C at an outside air temperature of down to -3°C and remains effective even at -15°C. The heat pump, powered by an electric scroll compressor and environmentally friendly CO₂ refrigerant, ensures a constant water temperature between 55°C and 58°C. With internal storage for 340 kW and support from a PV installation on the roof, the underfloor heating is also operated efficiently. Ideal for demanding cleaning requirements and sustainable operation.

Oil heating

The LCE oil heating modules from EHRLE offer reliable hot water heating for self-service car washes. The model with 55 kW heating power supplies up to three wash bays, while the 110 kW version can serve up to six wash bays. Both modules are equipped with highly efficient stainless steel heating coils and modern pressure atomization oil burners that achieve up to 93% efficiency. The integrated PLC control system regulates the wash water temperature precisely and adapts intelligently to the workload and outside temperature. Both models offer on-demand control, fast temperature recovery and a booster pump for optimum performance and energy savings.

Gas heating

The EHRLE LCE gas heating modules provide reliable hot water heating for self-service car washes. The 50-85 kW models supply up to four wash bays, while the more powerful 105-160 kW variants serve the same number, but with a higher heating capacity. Equipped with stainless steel boilers and modulating gas burners, these modules guarantee high energy efficiency of up to 106%. The intelligent control system regulates the water temperature precisely, reacts quickly to temperature changes and lowers the water temperature by 20°C during breaks in operation. Both model series are DVGW-certified in accordance with DIN ISO 9001:2015 and offer demand-based control for optimum performance and energy savings.

District heating

The SLM storage charging module from EHRLE is ideal for connection to district heating systems. Equipped with a proven double jacket system, it enables the efficient use of thermal energy for water heating and underfloor heating. The enamelled cylinder with 100 mm foam insulation minimizes heat loss and provides reliable frost protection. Pressure surges are buffered by the domestic hot water safety group, which reduces the load on the system. The wash water temperature is precisely regulated via a thermal sensor and the PLC control system, with infinitely variable adjustment via touch panel. The SLM module is mounted in a stainless steel frame and can be easily integrated into existing washing modules.

Electric heating

The EHRLE LCE electric hot water heating system offers an efficient solution for self-service car washes. With an intelligent control mechanism, the stainless steel boiler keeps hot water permanently available and adjusts the temperature to the load and outside temperature as required. During breaks in operation, the water temperature is lowered by 20°C and quickly raised again. The integrated booster pump supplies hot water for the washing areas, while an additional domestic hot water pump supplies the underfloor heating. The HM electric boiler with cascade control can serve up to twelve wash bays, optimizes energy consumption and reduces CO₂ emissions by controlling the heating elements as required.
