We continue to grow and are looking for the next possible date for a
Working student digitization of financial data according to VDAI guidelines (m/f/d)
Location Dietenheim
What you can expect:
- You are responsible for the management, implementation and coordination of your own fiscalization system in accordance with VDAI for our Central Pay machine
- You work on the development of a fiscalization flowchart in accordance with the AO and cash security regulations
- Close, agile cooperation with the financial accounting department and the managing director is part of your day-to-day work
- Digitization of data-based processes and financial data of the vending machine
- Visualization of data to generate an understanding of the data
What you bring with you:
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of finance, economics, business informatics, business administration or a comparable course of study
- You are confident in using MS Office
- You are no stranger to data preparation, data analysis and data visualization
- Initial experience in dealing with the digitization of financial data is desirable in this area
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English is required
- You have analytical thinking skills combined with creative and structured problem-solving skills
- “Out of the box” thinking, a hands-on mentality and a creative mindset round off your profile
