The KS series high-pressure cleaner offers a flexible working pressure of 30 to 170 bar and a flow rate of 300 to 1,000 liters per hour, making it ideal for various cleaning applications. Equipped with infinitely variable pressure control, it can be fully adapted to the task at hand. A chemical dosing valve provides a dual detergent supply, while the stainless steel pressure gauge ensures the correct operating pressure. The 4-liter water tank with high-temperature float valve complies with all water authority regulations. In addition, pump temperature monitoring ensures a long service life.

KSM

The KSM high-pressure cleaner is equipped with modern condition monitoring, which enables the high-pressure pump to be monitored and controlled via a 7-inch touchscreen monitor. A system overview with pressure display and a practical on/off rotary switch ensure user-friendly operation. The stainless steel housing is suitable for the food sector and ensures maximum hygiene. With a 60-liter storage water tank and an integrated water inlet filter, the KSM offers reliable performance. The triple bearing motor-pump unit has a triplex piston pump with high-performance ceramic pistons and stainless steel valves, which enables efficient and long-lasting high-pressure cleaning.

The KW1200 is equipped with a robust, corrosion-protected, self-supporting size 3 device plate made of galvanized and powder-coated steel tubing. It has a powerful triplex piston pump with a brass pump head and high-performance ceramic pistons, supplemented by stainless steel valves and a leakage recirculation system. A 2-fold safety system with an unloader safety valve enables infinitely variable pressure and volume regulation. The safety valve also provides additional safety. The external detergent supply ensures flexible applications. The PTO drive with primary gearbox (1 1/3″ PTO) and the hydraulic motor drive guarantee reliable performance with DN12 flow and DN16 return.

MP

The MP series is a high performance motor-pump unit designed specifically for OEM use. Equipped with a triplex piston pump containing a nickel-plated brass pump head and high-performance ceramic pistons, it offers optimum performance and durability. Stainless steel valves and a leakage recirculation system guarantee additional safety and efficiency. The integrated start-stop system with switch-off delay ensures automatic total shutdown after 20 minutes and enables effective leakage detection. An unloader safety valve with infinitely variable pressure and flow regulation and a robust on/off rotary switch round off the functionality. With a 7.5 meter connection cable, the MP series is extremely flexible to use.

The HSC oil high-pressure cleaner works with a horizontal condensing chamber and a 3-pass system, which makes it extremely efficient. The high level of efficiency ensures low fuel consumption, while at the same time increasing the heat output. With a fuel tank of 60 liters, it is optimally equipped for longer periods of use. An optical flame monitoring system with photocell and fault light informs you immediately of possible faults, which increases safety. Thanks to the oil heating, a hot water output of up to 98 °C can be achieved, making it easy to clean stubborn dirt and guaranteeing optimum results.

The HSC Gas high-pressure cleaner is equipped with a 65-liter stainless steel hot water boiler with an integrated gas burner for natural gas or LPG. This boiler offers buffer storage, which enables hot water to be used immediately and also ensures efficient hot water preparation during stand-by operation. The integrated Etronic II appliance control system in the HSC appliance series combines high efficiency with durability, making the appliance ideal for demanding cleaning tasks. Thanks to this sophisticated technology, the HSC Gas achieves outstanding cleaning results and is ideal for use in professional applications where fast and thorough results are required.

The HSC Elektro high-pressure cleaner is equipped with a 65-liter stainless steel hot water boiler with preheating. The boiler offers integrated buffer storage, which enables hot water to be used immediately and also ensures efficient hot water preparation during breaks in operation (stand-by mode). The HSC appliances are also equipped with the latest Etronic II appliance control system, which includes an intelligent start-stop system with switch-off delay, a stand-by system for the heating, an operating hours counter with maintenance message and a low water cut-out. These advanced features ensure optimum efficiency, durability and safety, making the HSC Elektro an excellent choice for professional cleaning applications.
