Return form

The RMA form is not necessarily linked to warranty claims, but can also be used to return incorrect deliveries or repair consignments.

Procedure in the event of a return:

 

 

 

  • Before returning the goods, you must fill out the RMA form on our website www.ehrle.com and request an RMA number. Based on this RMA application, a return request will be created in our system, which we will send to you by email after checking and determining the status.
  • In this email you will also find the return label, the RMA number and the return delivery bill for the returned products. Attention: Please be sure to wait for these documents before shipping, as we cannot process returns without a valid form and RMA number for technical reasons and acceptance will be refused in this case. The RMA number loses its validity after 30 days.
  • Buyer bears the shipping costs: The buyer bears the shipping costs incurred when returning the goods.
  • The RMA number received can only be used to return the specified product in the specified quantity. If a return contains other products for which no RMA form is available, it will be returned unprocessed and subject to a charge.
  • After receipt and inspection of the goods, you will receive a report in which you will be informed directly about the current status and the possibility of a possible guarantee being granted.
  • Depending on our internal test results, the following options are available:
    • Guarantee is granted: You will receive a new spare part under warranty, plus freight and packaging. The defective spare part will be scrapped.

       

    • Warranty is not granted: e.g. because no fault could be detected or it is a wearing part. The defective spare part will be returned freight collect or scrapped, depending on your instructions.
